Biography

            Carole Kahn has been a civil litigation attorney for over twenty-five years.  For over thirteen years, Carole worked as a trial attorney with Early Maslach and Rudnicki the in-house law firm of the Farmers Insurance Group in Los Angeles, California, handling the defense of personal injury cases.  Carole defended auto accidents, animal bites, homeowner liability, food poisoning and trip and falls.  For the past several years, Carole has specialized in being a personal injury attorney for the plaintiff, representing injured parties seeking fair compensation for their injuries.  Carole thoroughly handles the cases through intake, investigation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, discovery, motions and trials.

Carole graduated with Honors from the Ohio State University College of Law.  She started her legal career as an associate with the law firm of Murphy, Young and Smith of Columbus, Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio, Texas and California Bars.  She has been in house counsel responsible for nationwide litigation for two health maintenance organizations, Maxicare Health Plans and Cigna Health Plans.
